  • 1 kg ayam @ 1 ekor ayam
  • 3 ulas bwg putih 
  • 1 cm halia
  • 1/2 sk serbuk pati ayam
  • 4 sb plain yogult
  • 1 sk rempah kurma adabi
  • 2 sb sos tomato
  • 2 sb madu
  • garam secukup rasa
  • gula secukup rasa
